Congratulations New Members
Sun. Jun 12th 2016

WSAR welcomes FIVE new members to the team after successfully completing the 2016 SAR Academy held by our friends at Oswego County Pioneer Search and Rescue. This past week, the new members took their classroom final exam and field exam and all did a superb job! These members completed roughly 125 hours of classroom and field training as they prepared for these final exams. They now become probationary members of WSAR and will continue to build their SAR skills. Congratulations to Dylan Hauprich, Greg Mahnken, Jackelyn Smithler, Holly Bushnell, and Ryan Healy!!

WSAR also welcomes new non-operational member, Bill Cifaratta. Bill was voted in by the membership at the team's June business meeting. Bill will bring his experience to the team and sit on various committees.
